FULL DAY TOUR

We start this tour by taking the coast road from Newquay to Padstow, taking in spectacular views of the coastline and beaches on route with a short stop at the Bedruthan Steps beauty spot to marvel at the 'Giants Steps' and the amazing views over Park and Trevose Headlands, and watch the Fulmars soaring around the cove. We then drop you in Padstow, a beautiful fishing town made famous for its 'Obby Oss' May Day celebrations and Rick Stein, where you can take in the shops and sites and maybe sample some local cuisine.

We then head further up the coast to Port Isaac via Port Quin where you can wander around and take in 'Doc Martin' country. See where Martin Clunes makes the Hit ITV series and absorb the atmosphere of this ancient fishing village. A great spot to grab a pasty for lunch and sit and watch the Fishermen bringing in their catch.

After Port Isaac we follow the coast road through Port Gaverne and on to Tintagel where you can spend a couple of hours taking in all the sites. There is of course Tintagel Castle and the Legend of King Arthur as well as 'The Old Post Office', museum and a varied collection of shops and cafes.

We then move on to another Cornish fishing village, Boscastle. Made famous recently for it's dramatic floods, things are now back to normal and you can take a stroll around this ancient harbour with its spectacular steep cliffs and relax over an aftrnoon cream tea in one of its quaint cafes.

After Boscastle we start heading back to your accommodation, but on route we take you through the old market town of Camelford and take a little detour to see the dramatic foothills of Bodmin Moor where you can take a short walk on the edge of Rough Tor. We will then take the main roads back to your accommodation.
