*On agreement of the dates, itinerary, and receipt of the invoice we require a 20% deposit to secure the booking. You can pay the deposit either by credit card (phone or email) or bank transfer. The details are on the invoice.
*We will refund the deposit in full if you cancel 1 month before the tour start date.
*The balance can either be paid before you travel or during your tour.
*The tour price quoted is always the total price for the 8 hour day for the car and guide, and is NOT per person. The price does not include entrance fees or food and refreshments.
*Your vehicle will be fully insured for liability, private hire and is licenced by the local authority. Please make sure others are before you accept their quotes. Please also buy suitable travel insurance for you trip.
*Please wear appropriate footwear and bring waterproof clothing and a camera should you want to, we do supply golf umbrellas and binoculars.
*We must have flight numbers if you require airport transfers so we can track your flight. We will meet in arrivals 30 minutes after flight arrival time to allow you to collect your luggage.,
*Prices for airport and port transfers are quoted included one stop. Any sightseeing tours en route may cost extra. The driver or passengers may request a comfort break at any time.
*Please let us know how many bags you are travelling with if you are in a group so we can ensure luggage space.
*We can recommend accommodation and restaurants but as we are not travel agents we are not allowed to book them for you.
*We do not on any account accept kickbacks from restaurants, galleries, shops etc, so you won’t get the hard sell on any of our tours!!
